Sue Berg earned a BA in Social Work from Russell Sage College in New York and moved to Telluride in 1982. Sue has worked as a social worker for seven years and property management/hospitality for 20 years. Her career as a realtor began in January 2000.
Sue works for Nels Cary, Managing Broker at Telluride Sotheby’s International Realty, and is currently based at Telluride Sotheby’s office in The Peaks Resort and Spa. This Mountain Village Office provides the ideal location for Sue and her clients as it offers spectacular views, stunning sunsets, ski area access and convenience.

Sue enjoys being a part of the Telluride and Norwood communities and volunteers for the One to One mentoring program, Telluride Adaptive Ski Program, Telluride Senior Lunch Program, Adopt-a-highway, Adopt-a-trail, and is President of the Telluride Association of Realtors and has served on the TAR board for five years.
Sue is knowledgeable in assisting buyers and sellers in Mountain Village, Town of Telluride, Norwood, Placerville and the surrounding areas. When not working or volunteering, Sue spends time with her husband, Eric Berg, Undersheriff for San Miguel County Sheriffs Office and their 2 dogs on a small ranch on Wrights Mesa. Skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, scuba diving and flying with her pilot husband are her favorite outdoor activities.
